Returns at Delivery
• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
• Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order upon arrival.
• If you are not satisfied, the item must be returned immediately with the courier.
After Delivery
• Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted, and returns or refunds will no longer be applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery and return it with the courier.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
