Custom Wedding Orders Policy
Each wedding cake and candy corner we create is carefully designed to reflect the unique style and vision of every couple. As all wedding orders are custom-made, we kindly ask clients to review the following policy before confirming their booking.
Consultation & Design
All wedding cakes and dessert tables are custom designed. Once your inquiry is received, we will discuss your wedding theme, guest count, preferred flavors, and design details to create a concept tailored specifically for your event.
Booking & Deposit
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Order Timeline
We recommend placing wedding orders at least 4-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow enough time for design preparation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be completed 10 days prior to the event date. Orders with unpaid balances may not be fulfilled.
Changes to Orders
Minor changes to design or guest count can be requested up to 10 days before the event.
Delivery & Setup
For wedding cakes and candy corners, we offer delivery and setup to ensure everything arrives safely and is presented beautifully at your venue. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work and the time reserved for each order, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after final payment may not be eligible for a refund.
